Job Title                           : Java Backend Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in building scalable and high-performance backend systems. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, and databases to support our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and applications using Java technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets design and architectural standards.
  • Implementing and integrating third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Optimizing performance and scalability of backend systems through code optimization, caching mechanisms, and database tuning.
  • Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Documenting technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot) and C + +.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of message broker systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
