Description

The OSI/VRI Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day processing of On-Site Interpreting (OSI) and Video-Remote Interpreting (VRI) requests. OSI/VRI Coordinators receive and acknowledge requests from clients, preform data entry within ULG systems, contact interpreters to schedule OSI/VRI events for clients, manage confirmation and scheduling changes with interpreters and clients, and complete accurate audits of OSI/VRI appointments for end of month invoicing.

Essential Duties + Responsibilities:

Process inbound OSI/VRI requests from clients via phone, email, or online portal Collect and verify client data including client name, requester name, & contact information (date, time, duration, location, billing info, etc.) Resource interpreters within OSI/VRI system or recruit additional interpreters as needed Communicate with clients and interpreters in a professional manner to manage scheduling or rescheduling needs Ensure Final time and miscellaneous charges are accurately maintained in a timely manner for proper billing Other duties as may be reasonably requested

Education, Experience + Skills

1-2 years of experience in the Language Services industry, preferably working with interpreters, or an equivalent duration in a customer service role. 1-2 years experience as a Project or Scheduling Coordinator preferred. Bilingual preferred Proven skills utilizing computer systems including Microsoft Suite Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Energetic self-starter who takes initiative and creative approach to problem solving
