- Planning of Cellasto products (Top Mounts) in A/P, ensure supply reliability with reasonable inventory at all parties.
- Responsible for optimizing and developing (Top Mount) planning processes.
- Support Cellasto SC India especially in the planning process.
- Facilitate and support global demand planning processes.

**M**ain** Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities**

**_ Main Responsibilities_**
- SC planning A/P:

- Create, modify, manage and monitor production schedules (mainly for Top mounts) from end to end.
- Responsible for managing inventory levels, facilitate the timely replenishment of products to meet customer demands.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, assembly parts and equipment availability.
- Global demand planning:

- Support the global demand planning process of Cellasto.
- Improve statistical forecast for all regions and facilitate demand review meetings.
- Support the Cellasto supply chain team in India in daily operations on demand.
- Cooperation with the relevant global and regional units, functions, sites and subcontractors.

Optimization & Projects _**
- Continuous identification of process improvement opportunities and timely implementation in coordination with other Cellasto functions (i.e. operations, procurement), including adequate tools and systems.
- Close alignment with global Cellasto units to ensure adherence to global planning standards and best practice sharing.
- Participation in or leadership of regional or global projects in the GBU Cellasto.

Costs, Performance & Compliance_**
- Obtain long-term performance improvements, monitor targets / key performance indicators (KPI + PPI) incl. identification of saving potentials.
- Timely implementation of sustainable countermeasures in the event of a deviation.

**Job Requirements **_(m_inimum requirement to carry out the work_)_

**Edu**c**a**t**i**o**n**:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information technologies or of related disciplines

**W**o**r**k**in**g **E**x**pe**r**i**e**n**c**e**:Rich Working experience in Supply Chain - knowledge of supply chain and demand / supply planning related processes and tools (e.g. SAP) would be a plus

**T**e**c**hn**i**c**a**l & **P**r**o**f**e**ss**i**o**n**a**l **Knowledge**:

- Self-driven and taking initiative to learn and experiment
- Strong communication skills - good presenter
- Fluent in English (Chinese or German language would be a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SAP (Transactional / Planning systems) and BW.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Service excellence competencies (Team Player, Positive attitude, etc.)
- Availability for flexible working hours (as required for a global role) and overseas travel on demand
