We are looking for a talented and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

As a Supply Chain Executive in the FMCG sector with import experience, your primary responsibility is to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and efficient inventory management.

Some of the key duties and responsibilities of this role may include:
Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting customer demand.

Managing and coordinating the import process, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Monitoring inventory levels, tracking demand patterns, and forecasting future requirements to ensure that adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, and ensuring that they meet quality and delivery standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals and objectives.

Identifying and addressing supply chain risks and implementing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity of supply.

Analyzing supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, such as environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of import regulations and supply chain management principles, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
