Overview:The TechnicalSupport Associate plays a critical role in providing technicalassistance and support to internal and external customers. They areresponsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolvingtechnical issues to ensure a positive customerexperience.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Respond to customerinquiries via phone email and chat
  • Diagnose andtroubleshoot technical issues
  • Research andprovide solutions to technicalproblems
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevelsupport teams
  • Document and track customerinteractions and solutions
  • Install andconfigure software applications
  • Assist withnetwork and system administrationtasks
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toresolve technical issues
  • Conduct productdemonstrations and training sessions forcustomers
  • Stay updated on product knowledge andtechnical skills
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inInformation Technology Computer Science or relevantfield
  • Proven experience in technical support orhelp desk role
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOSoperating systems
  • Strong knowledge ofnetworking and internet protocols
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalabilities
  • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize andmanage multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Aor Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is aplus
  • Experience with remote support tools andticketing systems
  • Flexibility to work in shiftsand handle oncallresponsibilities
