- Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize andmanage multiple taskssimultaneously
- Certifications such as CompTIA Aor Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is aplus
- Experience with remote support tools andticketing systems
- Flexibility to work in shiftsand handle oncallresponsibilities
