Associate Technical Consultant

Competencies: KnowledgeStrong Salesforce Administration and Development experience or Strong experience in Java, C# or .Net and familiarity with OO designExtensive experience with web-based development and relevant frameworksBasic experience with Oracle, MS SQL or MySQL databasesExperience in analyzing complex requirements and designing new softwareUnderstanding of software development lifecycleStrong organizational, teaching and planning skillsUnderstanding of commercial processes and the role of software development within a businessExperience of SVN, Git or equivalent source control systemGood knowledge of at least one vertical industry (telecommunications, utility, media...)Essential Skills:B.Sc or higher in Computer Science, or a related fieldExcellent spoken and written English, including the effective use of business and technical termsExperience of working with both functional/technical and business-oriented people within a businessExperience in client-facing environmentsStrong presentation capabilities, confidence, motivation and communication skillsPrior experience in Salesforce administration and configuration (e.g. as a Sales Engineer, Consultant or similar)Demonstrable commitment to producing high-quality work with excellent attention to detailStrong understanding of the business value of SalesforceAbility and willingness to learn the business value of CloudSenseStrong self-motivation and time management with the ability to work effectively with all parts of the businessDesirable Skills:Prior experience in CloudSense Products administration and configuration (e.g. as a Sales Engineer, Consultant or similar)Understanding of business value of CloudSense productsUnderstanding of functional and technical architecture of Salesforce and CloudSense products (e.g. integration patterns and solution architecture).Skills in formatting and presentation of common document formats such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Additional languages (in particular German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Nordics languages)Travel (50%+) will be required as part of this role.India Benefits:Fully paid health insurance24 paid leave days and birthday leaveAdditional tenure based leave daysWellbeing and fitnessTailored learning and developmentSocial eventsFlexible working and summer working hoursWFH benefits
