Job Overview


We are hiring a Telemarketing Executive to join our team at j technologies india private limited. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our GPS products, including GPS devices, reverse cameras, and parking sensors. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong convincing skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and bounce back
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our GPS products
  • Promote and sell GPS devices, reverse cameras, and parking sensors
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve team targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
