We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our real estate services through effective phone-based outreach. Your primary goal will be to engage potential clients, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our real estate services.

2. Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage potential clients and explain the benefits of our offerings.

3. Build and maintain a database of potential clients, keeping accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.

4. Listen to client requirements and identify opportunities to match them with suitable properties or services.

5. Provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and location, to potential clients.

6. Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-up.

7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

8. Stay updated on the real estate market trends, property developments, and competitor activities to effectively communicate with clients.

9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling objections or rejection, turning them into opportunities where possible.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns for lead generation and brand promotion.

**Requirements**:
1. 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving targets and generating quality leads through outbound calls.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident phone presence.

4. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities to address client concerns effectively.

5. Sound knowledge of real estate terminology, property types, and market trends.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and reporting.

8. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

9. Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends as required.

10. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
