Overview:The role ofthe Tibco Manager is crucial to the organization as it involvesleading and overseeing the development integration and maintenanceof Tibco solutions to ensure the seamless operation of businessprocesses.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead the designdevelopment and implementation of Tibcosolutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Tibcodevelopers.
  • Implement solution designs frominception through delivery toproduction
  • Implement operational excellenceincluding engineering resiliency performance availability andscalability of his or herapplications
  • Responsible for estimationactivities in collaboration with the productteams
  • Coach and mentor other engineers onsolution engineering and promote a culture ofinnovation
  • Verify accurate documentation andcommunication of products and application implementationdecisions
Skills and attributes forsuccess
  • Experienceimplementing an enterpriseclass middleware architecture usingTIBCO.
  • Experience with Tibco BusinessWorks (v5v6) EMS Hawk Business Events andBPM.
  • Experience with API management and gatewaysolutions like Apigee and similar.
  • Experiencewith Web Services SOAP and Rest APIdevelopment
  • Experience with RDBMS: databasetables SQL queries stored procedures andviews
  • Experience in CRM integration solutionslike Siebel SalesForce orCRM360

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • 4 8 years of handson experience in Tibcosoftware development and integration.
  • Knowledgeof public key infrastructure SSL/TLS certificate usage OAuthkeybased authentication and other security patterns B2Bprotocols.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadingand managing a team of Tibco developers.
  • Provenexpertise in designing and implementing Tibco solutions for complexbusiness requirements.
  • Strong understanding ofenterprise integration patterns and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in Tibco ActiveMatrixBusinessWorks EMS and other relevant Tibcoproducts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting andproblemsolving skills in the Tibcoenvironment.
  • Solid knowledge of SOA ESB and APImanagement concepts.
  • Experience withperformance tuning and optimization of Tibcosolutions.
  • Good understanding of security andgovernance aspects in Tibcoarchitecture.
  • Strong communication andleadership abilities to effectively lead a Tibco team andcollaborate with stakeholders.
  • Certificationssuch as TIBCO Certified Professional or TIBCO Certified Architectare preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaceddynamic environment and manage multiple Tibco projectssimultaneously.
  • a proven track record ofdelivering highquality Tibco solutions within projecttimelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOpsmethodologies in the context of Tibcodevelopment.
