  • Developing newuserfacing features using React.js concepts andworkflows
  • Building reusable components andfrontend libraries for future use
  • Translatingdesigns and wireframes into highqualitycode
  • Optimizing components for maximumperformance across a vast array of webcapable devices andbrowsers
  • Conducting unit tests and performancetests to ensure software runsrobustly
  • Collaborating with the design andproduct teams to offer technical solutions inline with businessrequirements
  • Writing welldocumented cleanJavaScript code
  • Staying uptodate with thelatest industry trends and bestpractices
  • Working with RESTfulAPIs
  • Mentoring junior developers and conductingcode reviews
  • Participating in architecture anddesign discussions
  • Implementing effectivesecurity protocols and data protectionmeasures
  • Providing technical support andtroubleshooting for webapplications
  • Contributing to the evolution ofdevelopment standards and bestpractices
  • Participating in sprint planning andother agile ceremonies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a React.js Developerwith 8 years of handson developmentexperience
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScriptincluding DOM manipulation and the JavaScript objectmodel
  • Thorough understanding of React.js andits core principles
  • Experience with popularReact.js workflows (such as Flux orRedux)
  • Familiarity with newer specifications ofEcmaScript
  • Experience with data structurelibraries (e.g. Immutable.js)
  • Knowledge ofmodern authorization mechanisms such as JSON WebToken
  • Familiarity with RESTfulAPIs
  • Experience in implementing automatedtesting platforms and unit tests
  • Proficientunderstanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git Bitbucket orSVN)
  • Solid understanding of HTML CSS includingresponsive design techniques
  • Ability to solvecomplex technical challenges
  • Strongcommunication skills and ability to work in a collaborativeenvironment
  • Experience with Agile methodologiesand working in crossfunctionalteams
