We are looking to hire aQualified Chartered Accountant candidate for a fulltime IT BusinessPartner Finance for one our leading FMCG Client inBangaloreIt would be required for him/her toplay a critical role in driving digital transformation andoperational excellence within the Finance function by implementingrelevant technology platforms to automate digitalizeand transform Finance workstreams. Hands on experience in SAP4HANAImplementation and greenfieldprojects.
Workweek: Mon Sat with 2nd & 4th SatoffROLEAND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve asthe primary point of contact between the IT and finance teamsfacilitating communication managing expectations and ensuringalignment of technology solutions with financialgoals. Collaborate closely with financestakeholders to understand business objectives challenges andrequirements related to financial processes andsystems. Provide strategic guidance andthought leadership on the use of technology to streamline financialprocesses enhance operational efficiency and drive businessinsights. Lead the implementation of ITsolutions specifically ERP to support finance functions acrossFP&A Taxation Treasury Financial Reporting and otherrelevant FinanceworkstreamsCollaborate with crossfunctional IT teams to ensure integration andalignment of finance systems with other business systems andprocesses. Manage theconfiguration customization and maintenance of ERP ensuring systemstability performance and compliance with financial standards andregulations. Lead the implementation ofenhancements and upgrades to finance systems working closely withvendors and internal IT teams to ensure successful projectdelivery. Provide ongoing support andtraining to finance endusers addressing system inquiries resolvingissues and optimizing system utilization. Develop and maintainkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics tomeasure the effectiveness and impact of IT solutions on financeoperations and businessoutcomes.
8 years of experience in IT Business Partner orsimilar roles with a focus on Finance function &systemsStrong project managementskills with the abilityto lead crossfunctional teams and deliver projects on time andwithin budget. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage withstakeholders at all levels of theorganization. Analytical mindset with theability to translate data into actionable insights andrecommendations.EXPERIENCE:Strong understanding of financeprocesses and concepts including General Ledger AR AP Fixed AssetsValuation Methods Taxation Consolidation Statutory and ManagementReporting.Knowledge of financial regulations andcompliance requirements with theability to ensure that IT solutions adhere to industry standardsand bestpractices.Prior experience of working in an SAPecosystem ispreferred
