About theRoleWe are looking for a contentcreation manager with 37 years experience in content creation forperformance marketing ads. A good candidate will be able tostrategize conceptualize create and analyze the performance ofcontent that will be created to drive traffic to our website togarner sales. The work involved includes (but it not limited to)strategizing the kind of creatives needed and the core messagingmaking a monthly calendar for the creatives working with internalteams and external agencies to get the creatives executed andanalyze the performance of the creatives.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Work with theperformance marketing team to determine the demand for creativesand ensure there is not shortage.
  • Conceptualize and execute monthly performancemarketing creatives (video s carousels statics emails whatsapp)with the objective being to drive traffic to the website and garnersales.
  • Write detailed briefs for thecreatives.
  • Work with internal team members andexternal vendors to get the creatives executed.
  • Analyze the performance of the creatives so asto continuously improve
  • Stay on top of trendsas well as learn from other brands creatives.

Skillswe are looking forMust Haves:
  • Content creationexperience of 3 to 7years.
  • Must have worked ina new age (D2C brand) for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Ability to strategize and execute a monthlyperformance marketing creative calendar. This involves determiningthe number of creatives the nature of the same and the coremessage.
  • Strong command over written andspoken English.
  • Strong knowledge of socialmedia platforms namely Instagram YouTube LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Ability to use excel to analyze metrics andidentify learnings
  • Advanced knowledge of MSOffice and the Google suite of products.
