TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualification :• MBA with specialization in Marketing (tier I/ II institute ).

Experience :• 4-6 years of experience with minimum of last 2 years of digital experience.

Knowledge & skills :• Knowledge of digital marketing and brand management

• Experience in curating & launching consumer first campaigns

• Managing digital content marketing strategy

• Experience in Meta business suite, Google Analytics and other tracking platforms

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)

1.Content Strategy & Planning

 • Takes ownership of developing the content strategy for the entire portfolio. Work on strategies to drive engagement & reach with partnerships. 

• Leads surround content planning & creation for key campiagns & content collaborations to ensure the brand serves as a powerful platform to engage with target consumers and to build brand imagery

• Co-develop digital marketing campaign guidelines for products to embed digital marketing for USL brands in partnership with Digital Marketing Head and brand teams

• Contribute towards digital media strategy and budget estimates by providing thought leadership related to brand communication

• Participate in cross functional team meetings to contribute digital innovative ideas and communicate digital campaign strategies for product launches

• Collaborate with agencies for Business as usal & social media calendar. Work on on-ground partnerships to genertae social content.

• Consult on brand's hero campaigns. Work on brand comms, content collaborations to build powerful consumer first approach.

2.Execution & Culture first

 • Collaborate with the marketing & brand teams to plan and develop effective marketing and media campaigns
- Showcase culture experitse & knowledge to built topicality & virality in oranic content.

3.Planning & Compliance

 • Ensure adherence to regulatory body compliances on product first communication to ensure effective compliance. 

• Drive search engine optimization efforts as well as microsite development and play an active role in development processes and support Display Manager for the same

• Drive social media programs and support the ongoing publishing of internal and registered users email newsletters

• Manage email campaigns, including development and tracking of emails as well as landing pages for campaign fulfilment

• Consult with USL’s Brand and Customer Marketing Managers and media partners to create new, innovative digital user experiences

• Lead content sourcing and review content development by external agencies including 1) Preparation of marketing content 2) Design of communication collateral, landing pages, hyperlinking etc. 3) Proofread content types for the website, ensuring it meets style, tone and marketing message requirements, as well as reflecting the brand

• Ensure creation of high-quality digital deliverables, demonstrating the ability to balance design aesthetics with technical platform capabilities, limitations and other constraints

• Monitor quality of work, efficiencies of digital agencies to ensure that their work is results-driven and linked to product goals; support invoicing / query handling for related vendors and liaise with internal departments for processing

• Analyze user feedback/ queries/ complaints and incorporate the same to continuously evolve products

• Co-develop success metrics for the product including user clicks/registrations, traffic analysis, quality score etc. and review domain performance

• Use Google Analytics & Dashboards for evaluation of the effectiveness of digital campaigns in order to compile reporting/ presentations to internal management and category teams

• Identify key drivers and make recommendations for optimization and future implementation within the domain.

4.People & Organization

 • Adhere to applicable HR Policies and follows the HR Processes as applicable 

• Take ownership for self-service platforms related to learning, communication, compliance etc.

• Contribute towards product training/ awareness initiatives planned for stakeholders.
