Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and paid marketing channels, with a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing online visibility. This role will be reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing and will play a key role in supporting global brand awareness campaigns and improving the digital presence of Altair. What You Will Do:
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Manage all aspects of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns in Google Ads and social media advertising. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Manage Google and LinkedIn advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing, and making daily adjustments as necessary. Analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and user engagement. Monitor and report on competitor strategies and market changes. Manage budget optimization for paid advertising campaigns and ensure cost-effective spending. Conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization and improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and paid media, including search engine algorithms, marketing technologies, and best practices.Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid advertising. Strong analytical skills derive key action items from the data. Experience working with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Experience working closely with creative and editorial/content teams to drive and scale campaign execution. In-depth knowledge of website analytics and the ability to interpret and present data. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.What We Offer:
