Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will gain practical experience and contribute to various digital marketing initiatives across out house of brands. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to support the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, analyze digital metrics, and help enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Support: Ø Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Meta Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Ø Monitor and track campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and providing reports to evaluate effectiveness. Ø Prepare and update frequent reports for internal analysis as well as reporting for top-leadership.

Social Media Management: Ø Support the management and growth of our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , etc. Ø Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos. Ø Engage with social media followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor online conversations related to our brand.

Content Creation and Optimization: Ø Assist in creating and updating digital content, including website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages. Ø Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and high converting content that aligns with our brand and target audience. Ø Optimize content for search engines, ensuring proper keyword usage and on-page optimization techniques.

Email and WhatsApp Marketing: Ø Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, creating engaging content, and managing subscriber lists Ø Assist in analyzing email/whatsapp campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and ROI, to optimize future campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting: Ø Help monitor and analyze website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ø Assist in generating regular reports on digital marketing performance, including website metrics, campaign results, and social media engagement.

Research and Competitive Analysis: Ø Conduct market research to identify digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Ø Assist in gathering data and insights to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborative Projects: Ø Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support in executing integrated marketing initiatives. Ø Contribute to ad hoc digital marketing projects and assist with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ø Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field (or recent graduate). Ø 0-2 years of experience in D2C industry. Ø Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Ø Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, Shopify and email marketing software. Ø Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices. Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ø Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas. Ø Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
