Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or IT services industry.
- Experience in generating business through Hubstaff talent , Fiverr , Upwork .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Effective negotiation skills with experience in closing deals and managing contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategies.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the technology or IT services sector, including web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis within the technology industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
