Job Overview


We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients in the hospitality sector. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential business opportunities in the hospitality sector and develop strategic plans to target them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the hospitality industry and implement best practices in business development.
