Roles and Responsibilities
Theprimary role will be to manage daytoday operating level affairs tothe CEO and provide support in analysis
reporting andcoordination to the Management team.
Keyresponsibilities will include:
o Manage and maintain theexecutives' calendars including scheduling meetingsappointments and travel
arrangements.
oHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails callsand other forms of communication.
o Prepare and editcorrespondence reports presentations and otherdocuments.
o Coordinate and assist in the preparation ofmeetings conferences and events.
o Conduct researchcollect data and prepare reports or summaries asrequired.
o Provide analysis and comments on variousmanagement reports.
o Facilitate effective communicationbetween the executives and internal/externalstakeholders.
o Handle confidential and sensitiveinformation with discretion and maintain utmostprofessionalism.
o Assist in the coordination andfollowup of projects and initiatives.
o Manage andorganize files records and documents both physical anddigital.
o Perform general administrative tasksincluding preparing expense reports managing office suppliesand
