Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive Engagement & Retention : Lead the entire customer lifecycle with cuttingedge retention strategies across key channels (Push SMS Email WhatsApp Inapp).
- DataDriven Insights : Analyze customer data identify pain points and design personalized campaigns that push users down the funnel.
- Segment & Target : Build relevant customer cohorts developing segmented retention marketing strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with creative product tech and business teams to optimize user journeys reduce friction and improve customer experiences.
- Marketing Automation : Conceptualize and implement journeybased automated campaigns across ReBid CDP
- Ownership of Retention Goals : Take charge of achieving monthly and quarterly retention targets while continuously refining strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
- Strategic Campaigns : Partner with product teams to design and execute highimpact reactivation campaigns through omnichannel marketing efforts.
- Advanced Analytics : Leverage tools like Mixpanel Metabase and basic SQL queries to perform deep campaign analysis ensuring insights drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements
- 35 years of experience in retention marketing ideally in a fastpaced D2C or ecommerce environment.
- Proficiency in CDP tools (Web Engage CleverTap MoEngage) and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with handson experience using data tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel and Power BI.
- Strategic mindset with a knack for customer segmentation journey mapping and automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.
- Experience in highgrowth startups and knowledge of digital analytics customer behavior and retention techniques.
