We are in search of a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Developer Advocate. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in the tech industry. As a Developer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering technical content to engage and educate our developer community.

Skills Required : Strong Communication skills and technical knowledge 

Responsibilities:

  • Write informative and engaging blog posts, tutorials, video and technical articles related to video-conferencing integration, SDK usage, and best practices.

  • Create high-quality videos, including demos, tutorials, and educational content, to demonstrate the capabilities and features of our SDK.

  • Develop online courses and learning materials to help developers understand and utilize our video-conferencing integration solutions effectively.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and developer relations teams to create content strategies and plans that align with our goals and target audience.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the video-conferencing and developer communities to ensure our content remains relevant and valuable.

  • Engage with developers through online forums, social media platforms, and community events to answer questions, provide guidance, and foster a sense of community.

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of presentations and workshops at conferences, meetups, and other industry events to promote our products and share knowledge.

  • Gather feedback from developers, analyze data and metrics, and provide insights to improve our products, documentation, and overall developer experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent degree.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality technical content, such as blog posts, videos, or courses.

- Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel to attend events and engage with the developer community.
