Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager. Brand Manager are the communication key between agency and the brand. They will manage a team and be accountable for project deliverables and quality.

Additionally, the Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring that stakeholder expectations are met, overseeing the global brand vision, and maintaining collaboration and alignment with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead a team of Brand Managers to achieve client goals, manage client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to improve team performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients, aligning with the brand's overall business objectives.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing superior customer service, and identifying upselling opportunities by acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company.
  • Creative Briefing: Manage the briefing process for assigned accounts, ensuring that creative briefs are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with the client's objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and uptodate records, provide regular reports on performance and use data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Onboarding: Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations, planning, processing, and ensuring all client requests are executed within timelines.
Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building and managing a brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and social media management
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website development strategies
  • Familiarity with Brand Consulting & Strategic Planning
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
