Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at E9 Creative. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative design communication solutions in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the design industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to effectively present products and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and meet monthly quotas
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and participate in trade shows and events
