Role Overview :

Primary focus is to drive Student Conversion from the region assigned. Responsibilities include maintaining good relationship with the partners by calling them, assisting them on Course Finder.ai and Co-ordinating with them on regular basis. Role also involves working closely with Business Units, Finance Team and ensuring assigned Target is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Student Conversion from the Assigned Region
  • Timely onboarding of the leads and ensuring that these leads are well versed with Course Finder.ai platform
  • Timely collection of the invoice from the assigned partners

Required Skillset:

  • Acumen to understand the details of Onboarding new Associates
  • Verbal as well as Email communication with Interdepartmental and external Stakeholders 
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Mailing is required.
  • Candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales/ Inside Sales
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving
  • Should be good in Excel, Mailing within and outside the organization.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be adept in functioning independently with minimal guidance
  • Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors
  • Should be able to collaborate with the team and work as per the assigned tasks
