We are looking for a motivated and dynamicHR Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is an excellentopportunity for someone who is looking to gain handson experiencein Human Resources within a fastpaced innovative company. The HRIntern will support various HR functions and initiativescontributing to the overall employee experience and organizationaldevelopment.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assistin the recruitment process including job postings resume screeningand scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate andconduct initial candidate assessments andinterviews.
  • Coordinate with external recruitersand vendors to source candidates.
  • Sourcecandidates from various job portals and social mediaplatforms.
  • Support the onboarding process fornew hires ensuring a smooth transition into thecompany.
  • Help maintain employee records andensure HR databases are uptodate andaccurate.
  • Assist in organizing employeeengagement activities and companyevents.
  • Support the implementation of HRpolicies and procedures.
  • Provide administrativesupport including preparing documents reports andpresentations.
  • Help with employee queries andprovide necessary support asrequired.

Qualifications:
  • Currentlypursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career inHuman Resources.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented withstrong organizational and time managementabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information withdiscretion.
  • Proactive with a positive attitudeand willingness tolearn.
