The HR Generalist will be responsible to support the HR Manager for various tasks.


The detailed requirements are as follows.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)


Job Description:

Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to:


  • Coordinate Staffing and Recruitment Activities
  • Assisting in Employee Engagement & Employee Motivation Activities
  • Assisting in updating of Employee Data in HRIS software
  • MIS Reports
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process collecting the necessary documents
  • Assist with day-to-day human resources tasks
  • Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting
  • orientation, maintaining records and information
  • Regular follow-ups with various vendors and with Employees for various tasks
  • Assisting in background verification checks and follow-ups
