Job Overview:

Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to handle both Learning & Development (L&D) and Generalist HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to developing employees while managing the day-to-day HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Learning & Development (L&D):


Design / plan / execute end to end Training Needs of the organisation starting from Employee Onboarding and On the Job Trainings.

Training Needs Assessment: Identify the skills gaps and training needs across various departments.


Program Development: Design and implement L&D programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives using various AI tools.


Training Delivery: Facilitate in-house training sessions, onboarding programs, and leadership development workshops.


Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.


To design and exucute all L&D initiatives through Zoho Learning app including assessments, certifications, feedback and map the same to the employee performance & reward programmes.


MIS reporting of the L&D initiatives. Must be agile to use various AItools in the HR function and drive future needs of the organisation.


HR Generalist Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new employees.


Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances, and resolving workplace issues.


HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in line with company culture and compliance requirements.


Performance Management: Lead performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting up KPIs for different roles.


HR Administration: Oversee payroll, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.


Qualifications & Skills:


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to both L&D and generalist roles.


Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Skills Required:

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in HR softwares viz., Zoho People, Payroll, Learning, Performance Management and Google Sheets.
