We are looking for experienced IT professional who is passionate about helping business to simplify their day-to-day operations using IT tools and applications for Commercial teams.

The Commercial IT Lead is responsible for overseeing the IT systems and infrastructure that support the commercial operations of the organization. This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring the reliability and performance of commercial IT systems, collaborating with various business units, and leading a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial business processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement IT strategies to support the commercial objectives of the organization.

Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with business goals.

 

Project Management

Lead and manage IT projects related to commercial operations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and allocate resources.

 

System Management

Oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of commercial IT systems, including CRM, ERP, and sales platforms.

Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of commercial IT infrastructure.

 

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

 

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met.

 

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.

 

Compliance and Security

Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and regulations.

Implement and maintain security protocols to protect commercial data.

 

Reporting and Analytics

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IT performance and business metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on commercial operations.
  • Proven experience in leading IT projects and teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in commercial IT systems (e.g., Sales Force.com,CRM).
  • Excellent project management skills, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of commercial business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing and Services sector.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
