Scope and General Purposeof Job:
The Business Development Managerwill drive the companys growth by identifying new businessopportunities building strategic partnerships and implementingeffective sales strategies in the spa industry.

Reporting To: SeniorManagement / Spa Director

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. MarketResearch:

    • Conductmarket research to identify new opportunities andtrends.
    • Analyze competitors and potentialpartners for industryinsights.
  2. StrategicPlanning:

    • Developstrategic business plans to achieve companygoals.
    • Identify growth areas and createstrategies to capitalize onopportunities.
  3. RelationshipBuilding:

    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients partners andstakeholders.
    • Attend industry events to expandthe companysnetwork.
  4. FranchiseSales:

    • Pursuefranchise opportunities across India.
    • Engage inlead generation and conversion for franchisesales.
  5. Salesand RevenueGeneration:

    • Drivesales initiatives to achieve revenuetargets.
    • Develop and negotiate contracts andproposals.
    • Conduct sales presentations andclose franchisedeals.
  6. LeadGeneration:

    • Identifybusiness opportunities through cold calling networking and digitalmarketing.
  7. Collaboration:

    • Collaboratewith marketing sales and product teams for seamless strategy.
  8. ClientManagement:

    • Manageclient relationships and ensuresatisfaction.
    • Address feedback and maintainpositiverelationships.
  9. RiskAssessment:

    • Assessrisks associated with new opportunities and develop mitigationstrategies.
  10. ReportingandAnalysis:

    • Monitorlocal marketing and franchise salesperformance.
    • Provide reports on key metrics andimprovementareas.
  11. BudgetManagement:

    • Developand manage budgets for business developmentactivities.
    • Ensure costeffective strategies formaximizingROI.
  12. ContinuousLearning:

    • Stayupdated on industry trends market changes and emergingtechnologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development orsales preferably in the spa or relatedindustry.
  • Strong communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze markettrends and develop effectivestrategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizationaland time management skills.
