As aProject Manager Finance/Accounting (CIB) you will be responsiblefor delivering on below key areas:
Lead and managefinance and accounting projects within the CIB division frominception to
implementation ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including finance accounting risk managementand
technology to identify process improvementopportunities and drive efficiency gains.
Developproject plans timelines and deliverables and effectivelycommunicate project status updates
to stakeholders atall levels of the organization.
Conduct thoroughanalysis of financial data and performance metrics to supportdecisionmaking and
project prioritizationefforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsand accounting standards and implement controls to
mitigate financial risks.
Proactively identify projectrisks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimizepotential
impact on project outcomes.2
Foster a culture of continuous improvementby soliciting feedback evaluating lessons learned and
implementing best practices across finance and accountingfunctions.
REQUIREMENTS
Over 8 years ofexperience in project management roles within the financialservices industry with a
focus on finance and accountinginitiatives.
Bachelors degree in finance AccountingBusiness Administration or related field; MBA orprofessional
certifications (e.g. CFA CPA)preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principlesaccounting standards and regulatory requirements
applicable to CIB operations.
Proven track record ofsuccessfully leading complex projects managing stakeholders anddelivering
results within established timelines andbudget constraints.
Excellent analytical problemsolvingand decisionmaking skills with the ability to synthesizelarge
datasets and draw actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto influence and collaborate
effectively across diverseteams and organizational levels.
Proficiency in projectmanagement tools
