Delivery Experience team is at the center of innovation for our customers, offering fast speeds, reliable on-time delivery, and convenient delivery choices, at reasonable prices to customers. At the back-end of this market leading experience are several products owned by the DEX team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on improving efficacy of these products to deliver high quality customer experience

Key job responsibilities
-Run deep dives, and audits for checkout experience, and identify and catalogue defects
-Conduct specialized audits for machine learning models for Delivery Experience Programs
-Manage Small-Medium Size projects designed to improve Delivery Experience programs
-Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with Sr. Leaders, and product management teams.
-Resolve internal/external customer escalations that originate within established quality and service level goals

Key job responsibilities
-Conduct specialized audits for machine learning models for Delivery Experience Programs
-Manage Small-Medium Size projects designed to improve Delivery Experience programs
-Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with Sr. Leaders, and product management teams.
-Resolve internal/external customer escalations that originate within established quality and service level goals.
-Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity and fulfill team standards for time spent in order to consistently achieve service levels.
-Adapt to fast and frequent change and remain open to regular feedback.

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Do you have any experience running SQL queries?
