JobOverview: Bluelupin Technologies is seeking anexperienced Business Development and Sales Manager with a strongtrack record in IT sales and a deep understanding of global marketsparticularly the US and Canada. This strategic role involvesdriving business growth developing key partnerships and playing apivotal role in shaping the sales strategies and processes withinthecompany.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Drivebusiness growth by identifying and pursuing new businessopportunities in IT sales across globalmarkets.
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingclient relationships with a focus on understanding the uniquebusiness needs of internationalclients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans topenetrate key markets and achieve salestargets.
  • Craft and present compelling proposalsand presentations to a diverse range ofstakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trendsand competitor strategies to continuously adapt and refine oursales approach.
  • Prepare detailed sales reportsand forecasts providing insights to guide businessdecisions.
  • Mentor and lead future sales teammembers promoting a culture of success and continuousimprovement.
  • Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective salesstrategy

Qualifications:
  • Proven5 years sales experience in the IT sector with a strong record ofmeeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in international markets particularly in the US andCanada.
  • Excellent communication negotiation andrelationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience indeveloping sales strategies and processes in a dynamic businessenvironment.
  • Leadership qualities with a visionfor nurturing and guiding a highperforming salesteam.
  • BA/BS degree orequivalent.
