OYOis seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate salesinitiatives and establishing strong relationships with corporateclients in the Mumbai and Bangaloreregions.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporatesales targets and objectives.2. Identify andprospect potential corporate clients through cold callingnetworking and other lead generationmethods.3. Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers and influencers withincorporate accounts.4. Understand clientrequirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needsleveraging OYOs products and services.5.Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring favorable terms andconditions for both OYO and the client.6.Collaborate with internal teams including operations marketing andfinance to ensure seamless execution of corporate contracts andagreements.7. Provide regular reports andupdates on sales activities pipeline and performance to seniormanagement.8. Stay updated on industrytrends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify newbusiness opportunities and stay ahead of thecurve
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield. Proven track record of success incorporate sales with a minimum of X years ofexperience. Strong network of corporatecontacts in the Mumbai and Bangaloreregions. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust withclients. Resultoriented mindset with a focuson achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaceddynamic environment. Familiarity with thehospitality industry and/or previous experience in hotel sales is aplus.
