We are looking for passionate and driven individual who want to be part of the "Charcoal Concepts" Business Vertical of K-Hospitality.
Charcoal Concepts is a leading platform for Indian cuisine operating award-winning brands such as Copper Chimney and Bombay Brasserie with 33 outlets spread across 10+ cities in 5 countries.
Job Summary:
Corporate Sales Manager for our brand, will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive corporate sales, increase revenue, and establish long-term partnerships with corporate clients. Will play a crucial role in promoting our restaurant as the preferred choice for corporate events, meetings, and dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and achieve revenue goals.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, build and maintain relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
3. Account Management: Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction, and upselling services when appropriate.
4. Proposals and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients, highlighting the restaurant's features, services, and benefits for corporate events.
5. Event Planning: Collaborate with the restaurant's event planning and management teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and meetings.
6. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and corporate functions to expand the restaurant's network and generate leads.
7. Revenue Forecasting: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports to assess progress toward sales goals and revenue projections.
8. Budget Management: Work within an assigned budget for sales and marketing activities.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from corporate clients to improve the restaurant's offerings and service quality.
11. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns targeted at corporate clients.
12. Sales Team Management: If applicable, lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.
