As the Manager- Coporate Sales you will be part of the Sales team and will report to the Instituitional Sales Manager
The purpose of your role will be to implement Corporate B2B & B2C sales (Large Corporates) strategy at the field level dealerships in order to support achievement of sales targets and meet objectives through bulk sales of the Hero products to corporate customers. Exclusive person is required for the coverage of these high potential institutions.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Implement Institution Sales Strategy and ensure implementation in the region Develop & Monitor specific Inst Sales strategy for respective regions Oversee standardization of processes to ensure sustained and continued business with timely achievement of plans Enhance relationships with activities such as Display Camps & other promotional activities at Corporates.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech & MBA with Sales & Marketing
3 - 5 years of experience preferably in Institutional/OEM Sales

Technical Skills/Knowledge

 Good understanding of B2B Sales  Strong liasoning skills  Digital dexterity & analytical mindset  Business Acumen  Channel Management

Behavioural Skills

Excellent Interpersonal skills Negotiation & Conflict management Collaborator and ability to deal with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication skills
