Enterprise Application Head with a focus on Salesforce.

 

Job description

This specialized role focuses on maximizing the potential of the Salesforce platform to support and enhance business processes. The Enterprise Application Head (Salesforce) plays a pivotal role in driving Salesforce adoption, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging the platform for strategic business objectives.

Salesforce Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Development and Customization:

  • Oversee the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Ensure that the Salesforce platform is configured to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.

Administration and Configuration:

  • Manage Salesforce administrative functions, including user access, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features, modules, and objects to align with organizational needs.

Integration and Data Management:

  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems.
  • Implement data management best practices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce data.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with Salesforce vendors and consultants to leverage external expertise and support.
  • Manage relationships with Salesforce partners, ensuring effective delivery of services and solutions.

 

Training and User Adoption:

  • Develop and implement training programs for Salesforce users within the organization.
  • Promote user adoption by ensuring that employees understand and utilize Salesforce features to their full potential.

Salesforce Governance and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce governance policies for Salesforce usage.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce licensing agreements and industry regulations.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Oversee the creation of meaningful reports and dashboards using Salesforce analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on Salesforce data to support decision-making processes.

Continuous Improvement: - Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and new features. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of Salesforce applications.

11. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: - Develop and manage the budget for Salesforce-related initiatives. - Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications.

12. Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations regarding Salesforce functionality. - Communicate effectively with executives, business units, and IT teams to ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and business goals.
