Title: Senior Engineer - Enterprise Application Development

Years of experience: 4-7 Years

Location: Pune

Job Purpose Statement

11:11 is looking for a Senior Engineer - Enterprise Application Development whose primary responsibility will be development on ServiceNow platform. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager of Tools Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like Project Portfolio Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM is an added advantage.

2. Develop and configure workflows, UI Actions, Business rules, forms, scripts, and business logic to automate and improve business processes.

3. Configure and develop applications using ServiceNow platform and integrate with other systems using REST and SOAP API calls.

4. Work with extended teams to accomplish integration with 3rd party apps.

5. Write test scripts, performing unit tests and performing peer review

6. Pick up new technologies and platforms as they are introduced and identify how they can solve current business and technology gaps

7. All other duties as assigned by Manager

Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge)

BE/B-Tech/BCA/MCA

Minium 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.

Certified ServiceNow Administrator preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL.

ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, CMDB and ITOM preferred.

Expertise in ServiceNow Workflow, Flow designer and customizations

Expertise in Web-Services using SOAP and RESTful frameworks.

Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment.

Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
