Senior Digital MediaSpecialistDepartment:Media CommunicationsJobSummary:The Senior DigitalMedia Specialist will play a key role in developing and executingour digital media strategy. You will lead and manage the creationof highquality digital content ensuring it aligns with thecommunication goals of the Public Relations and CommunicationDepartment. This role requires a strong understanding of digitalmedia trends excellent communication skills and the ability tomanage multiple projectssimultaneously.Responsibilities:
  • ContentCreation and Management: Develop and execute acontent calendar for various digital platforms (social mediawebsite etc.).
  • Create engaging and informativedigital content (e.g. videos infographics social media posts)aligned with brand messaging and communicationobjectives.
  • Manage the production processincluding budgeting scheduling and collaborating with externalvendors if needed.
  • Oversee the quality andconsistency of all digital content produced by theteam.
  • Digital Strategy andPlanning :Stay uptodate on the latest digital mediatrends and best practices.
  • Conduct research andanalysis to identify target audiences and develop contentstrategies for various platforms.
  • Develop andimplement a timeline to achieve digital mediagoals.
  • Team Leadership andManagement: Delegate tasks to team members andprovide clear direction andexpectations.
  • Foster a collaborative andsupportive work environment.
  • Empower teammembers by providing coaching and opportunities for professionaldevelopment.
  • PerformanceMeasurement and Reporting :Track and analyze theperformance of digital campaigns to measuresuccess.
  • Generate regular reports on keymetrics (e.g. website traffic social media engagement) and presentfindings tostakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Essential:Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Mediaor a related field.
  • 5 years of experience indigital media creation and management.
  • Proventrack record of developing and executing successful digitalmarketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms content marketing strategies and SEOprinciples.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and prioritize taskseffectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and theability to interpretdata.
  • Desirable:Experience in video editing andproduction.
  • Experience with content managementsystems (CMS) and social media schedulingtools.
  • Experience working in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Excellent interpersonal andrelationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency invideo editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) is aplus.
