Job Overview
We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive at Careerschool HR Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries and concerns. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience, preferably freshers. The selected candidates will join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
