What are we lookingfor

We are looking for anambitious and resultsdriven Director of Finance to join our coreteam As a Director of Finance and Accounts you will be responsiblefor compliance of the Companys financial and fiscal policiesproviding leadership and coordination in business planningfinancial performance accounting and Budgeting efforts. You willreport to the CEO and be responsible for all company financialmatters. The position will be responsible for all aspects offinancial management including corporate accounting regulatory andfinancial reporting budget and forecast preparation as well as thedevelopment of internal control policies and procedures.

What will youdo

1) Financial Strategy andPlanning: Developing and executing the companys financial strategyaligned with overall business objectives. This involves forecastingbudgeting and financial planning to support growth initiatives andoptimize resources.
2) Financial Reporting and Analysis:Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reportsincluding income statements balance sheets and cash flowstatements. Providing insightful analysis of financial performanceto the executive team and board of directors.

3) Fundraising and Investor Relations: Managingrelationships with existing investors and coordinating fundraisingefforts for future rounds of financing. This includes preparinginvestor materials participating in investor meetings and ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements.
4) FinancialOperations and Controls: Establishing and maintaining robustfinancial processes controls and systems to safeguard companyassets and ensure compliance with accounting standards andregulations. This includes managing financial transactions taxplanning and risk management.

5) CashManagement and Treasury: Optimizing cash flow and liquiditymanagement to support the companys growth objectives. This involvesmonitoring cash balances forecasting cash needs and managingbanking relationships.
6) Strategic Financial Analysis:Conducting indepth financial analysis and modeling to evaluatestrategic initiatives such as pricing strategies market expansionopportunities and potential acquisitions orpartnerships.
7) Crossfunctional Collaboration: Workingclosely with other departments such as sales marketing and productdevelopment to provide financial insights and supportdecisionmaking across the organization. This may involve evaluatingthe financial impact of new product launches customer acquisitionstrategies and operational improvements.

8)Team Leadership and Development: Building and leading ahighperforming finance team capable of supporting the companysgrowth trajectory. This includes hiring training and mentoringfinance professionals as well as fostering a culture ofaccountability and continuous improvement.
9)Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establishing key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor financial performancetrack progress against goals and drive operational efficiency. Thismay include developing dashboard reports and performance scorecardsfor internal stakeholders.

10) Mergers andAcquisitions (M&A): Evaluating potential M&A opportunitiesand leading financial due diligence processes for strategicacquisitions or partnerships. This involves assessing targetcompanies conducting financial analysis and negotiating deal termsto maximize value for the company.

What you must have

A Masters Degree in Finance / Professional FinanceQualification / CA/ ACCA or equivalent.
8 years ofproven track record preferably from a fast growing Series B/C stageB2B SaaS company with
primary business in theUS
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills withthe ability to translate complex data into actionable
insights.
Experience managing financial planning andanalysis (FP&A) processes including budgetingforecasting
and variance analysis.
Solidunderstanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial reportingrequirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build relationships andinfluence
stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of effectivelyleading and developing highperforming
teams.
