Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Development

    • Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the sales network.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to drive sales growth.
  2. Sales Strategy and Planning

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the agency channel.
    • Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency partners and monitor performance.
  3. Training and Support

    • Provide training and ongoing support to agency partners on products, services, and sales techniques.
    • Equip agencies with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell products.
  4. Performance Management

    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with agency partners.
  5. Marketing and Promotion

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at agency partners.
    • Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops to boost agency engagement.
  6. Relationship Management

    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within agency partners to ensure alignment and cooperation.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  7. Market Research and Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the agency channel.
    • Provide insights and feedback to management based on market conditions and agency performance.
  8. Reporting and Documentation

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities for management review.
    • Maintain accurate records of agency contracts, agreements, and communications.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that agency partners are well-informed about product updates and changes.
    • Collaborate with other sales channels to identify synergies and opportunities for growth.
  10. Compliance and Governance

    • Ensure that all agency activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance within the agency network.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in channel sales or agency management.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with partners and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
