Purposeof theRole:
Supportthe Regional Sales Manager to drive Vision sales within a specificregion for profitable growth as per the assignedtargets.

Descriptionof therole:
Will be responsible for sales collection revenue for assignedcustomers withinterritory
Also responsible for activating new customers business andincreasing our present share of wallet with existingcustomers
Will be responsible for distributorreviews
Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCDinsales.
Should be having strong business acumen and flexible totravel

RequirementsEssentialKnowledge and Skills:
The incumbent must have good proven communication and salescapabilities.
Should be able to have meaningful discussion with anophthalmologist.
Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of nichemarketsegments.
Selfmotivated person with proven planning and analyticalabilities.
Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitiveto marketchallenges

Requirements:
Education Any graduation (B. Sc. Preferred) Preferably degree inOphthalmology/
MBAMarketing /Sales
Excellent Communicationskills
Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumerproductsindustry
Strong channel & distribution managementskills

Marketing Selling Network Management Good communication skillsPresentable
