We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive-Female. As a Customer Support Executive-Female, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

- Providing guidance and troubleshooting customer problems via phone, email, and live chat
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant information in the CRM system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
- Contributing to the development of customer support procedures and guidelines
