What’s the role?

As a Senior Business Analyst at AGDATA, you will be crucial in identifying and addressing the factors contributing to operational challenges and inefficiencies in technology, process, and people-related aspects.

Leveraging your analytical expertise, and attention to detail, you will conduct in-depth analyses of data, processes, and systems to uncover root causes and propose effective solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive initiatives to optimize performance and enhance the operational efficiency of our outsourced services.

Conduct thorough root-cause analyses by applying various RCA techniques to identify the underlying factors contributing to business challenges, process inefficiencies, and performance gaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of incidents, utilizing data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews. Utilize various analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies to analyze data sets and uncover patterns, trends, and correlations by working with cross-functional teams. Facilitate root cause analysis workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights, validate findings, and collaborate on solutions. Document investigation findings, solutions, and preventive measures in comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Create an RCA plan for proposing a solution by collaborating with different cross-functional stakeholders

Our ideal candidate will have…

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst role with a reputed organization. Proven experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and/or quality assurance. Proficiency in data analysis techniques, process mapping tools, excellent understanding of SDLC processes, and quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, CBAP) is highly desirable. Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, e.g.) is MUST. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar. Certifications in process improvement, quality management, or related areas (e.g. project management) are advantageous but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Experience working with client-facing teams and managing client relationships is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a cross-functional team
