A client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their dynamic and innovative team. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about Salesforce and has a great track record of success in helping to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its potential to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience. Additionally, this role will work closely with product owners, software developers, and business stakeholders to help drive business objectives, troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Role & Responsibilities:
Contribute to technology projects and initiatives that support, expand, and manage our global technology capabilities within the organization.
Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with product owners, software developers, business users, and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, analyze solutions, and ensure they meet business needs. Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.
Define, gather, and consolidate user stories identified during release planning.
Configure Salesforce and deliver out-of-box solutions (declarative solutions e.g. flows, non-apex functionality; but can understand apex as needed).
Must Haves:
6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-growth, technology organization, preferably cloud-based (Saa S) product delivery
5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for Salesforce CRM
Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst**
Experience leveraging Salesforce to empower sales and operational excellence
Experience eliciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions in a Business Analyst role
Pay Range for this position: 201,760 - 228,000 INR Monthly.
