Role: Channel Programs Support Specialist
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support our Global Channel Programs business team focused on Market Development Funds (MDF). You will work closely with the channel programs team and our partners to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day channel investments-focused requests. This role will scale our channel investment support and enable execution to support the growth of our channel business.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and assist Partners with accurate and timely investment project submissions by confirming appropriate documentation and adhering to company guidelines and compliance Support project execution and alignment with the Juniper Partner Account Manager (PAM) and Field Marketing Manager (FMM) or other internal stakeholders as required to yield best experience for our partners Drive day-to-day program-related issues, including submitting help desk tickets, addressing escalations, adding new users to MDF systems, and other actions to improve a partner’s experience when leveraging Juniper’s MDF Program Provide training to channel partners on MDF program guidelines, policies, and best practices Develop a keen understanding of partner program requirements; execute approved programs, support audit inquiries, and ensure compliance Flexibility supporting and working global time zones (PST/EST – early morning/late evening meetings)Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in channel/operations/marketing/sales Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel Strong time management and organizational skills Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Team player with proven ability to drive results on distributed, cross-functional teams across the globe Intermediate excel skills are required Excellent verbal and written communication skillsJuniper is an Equal Opportunity workplace and Affirmative Action employer.
