Weare looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our ManagingPartner. Executive Assistant will be a person who will be obsessedwith follow through gets things done works effectively across theorganization and focuses on simplification. This is a dynamic rolethat serves as a trusted goto resource for our Partner. He/shewould be responsible for business analysis provide overallassistance to the Partner and manage specialprojects.
He/shewould be involved in crucial strategic data gathering preparingimportant dashboards gleaning insights from the data managingmeetings and management of strategicinitiatives
Someonewho can execute decisions network and influence manage and evenlead; Will be the gatekeepers to the leadership office competentand savvy in handling this proximity to power: Includes analyticscorporate research vendor relationship management finalizing dealsmanagement of strategic projects and reporting to the Partneroverlooking internal meetings and otherthings.
ExecutiveAssistantResponsibilities:
EA will support leaders in data management presentationspreparation calendar management communication drafts &circulation of minutes ofmeetings.
Will regularly keep track on activity charters & MISreports and update respective function leaders with followup withteam onschedules.
Create visual data representation through Power point presentationMS excel report analytics for presentations/reports
Will coordinate for team travels & insurancesmanagement.
Provide administrative support for meetings travel & eventmanagement oversee office administration & actively engagein driving corporate programs for employee engagements Safetydiversity & inclusion fun at workplaceetc.
Should discharge responsibility independently requiring leastsupervision.
Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internalor externalcolleagues.
Should be outstanding with time management and should have theskills to manage multiplestakeholders
Helping prepare for meetings and takeminutes.
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interfaceand communicate effectively with team members internal and externalexecutives senior management and talent representatives and theiroffices.
Highly organized and detailoriented; you can manage and trackmultiple highpriority tasks at once without letting things fallthrough the cracks you are adept at prioritizing appropriatelymanaging time well and anticipatingneeds.
Highly selfmotivated proactive quickthinking flexible adaptablecollaborative resourceful and emotionally intelligent withexcellent common sense andjudgment.
Experienced in exercising sensibility discretion and diplomacy inhandling all matters information and relationships (includingconfidential or sensitiveinformation).
Requirements
SkillsandQualifications:
At least 10 years of experience as ExecutiveAssistant
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationshipswithstakeholders.
High proficiency in Windows including MS Word EXCEL andPowerPoint.
Excellent writing editing grammatical organizational and researchskills.
Excellent customer service skills: meeting and exceedingexpectations; intuitively understand stakeholders; anticipateneeds; providevalue.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion infastpaced demandingenvironment.
Professional appearance andmannerisms.
Must be good on prioritization time management attention to detailfollow through staying informed with organizational initiatives andpriorities.
Managing schedules and people with tact diplomacy andpoise.
