Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team at Cemech Lexury Paints. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Dharwad, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the customer
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis
