Role/ Job Title: Engagement Partner
Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities
Job Purpose:
The role is to develop strong customer relationships, understand startup needs, and provide tailored advice on products and services. The Specialist will work closely with the business team to convert leads and acquire new customers, contributing to the growth of the bank's startup portfolio through exceptional customer service and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining strong customer service relationships with ETB and NTB customers in the startup banking portfolio. Understanding startup customer service needs and advising suitable products & services. Identify potential client needs and generate quality leads for the business team in their respective zones. Activating customer on various digital platforms of the bank and assist onboarding/training if required. Achieving incremental wallet share from the existing customer through regular virtual engagements. Proactively sharing information on startup banking products & services to the customer and ensure best service. Upsell and cross-sell various products and services across different customer requirements. Coordinating with the business team and ensuring that the leads generated virtually are actioned and leads are converted ultimately driving incremental sales. Acquire new customers from referral leads.Education Qualification:
Graduation: BA (Bachelor of Arts)/BCom (Bachelor in Commerce)/BSc (Bachelor of Science)/BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
