Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our HR department. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations and participate in special projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientations.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee files and records.
  • Help organize and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
  • Update and maintain HR documents, such as employee handbooks and policies.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and market trends to support HR initiatives.
  • Help with general office duties such as filing, vendor management and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
