Summary:We are seeking a highlymotivated and resultsoriented Corporate Business Partner withmidsenior level experience to join ourdynamic team. This unique role offers the opportunity to wearmultiple hats and have a significant impact across variousfunctions within the company including Finance Human ResourcesSocial Media and Product Management. As amultifunctional Business Partner you will play a strategic role insupporting the growth and success of the business. You will partnerclosely with department heads like Accountants HR Business Partnersand the Admin team providing analytical and operational support toachieve departmental goals while aligning them with the overallbusiness strategy.
Responsibilities:
Finance& Budgeting:
  • Partner with the Accounting team todevelop and manage annual budgets forecasts and
  • financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis identify trends andrecommend costsaving initiatives.
  • Ensureadherence to financial policies and procedures.
HumanResources:
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to developand implement HR initiatives policies and programs.
  • Assist with recruitment onboarding andperformance management processes.
  • Maintain apositive and productive work environment for all employees.
Social MediaManagement:
  • Developand implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increasebrand awareness customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Create engaging social media content manageonline communities and monitor social media analytics.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trendsand best practices.
Product Management(Light):
  • Work withproduct managers to understand product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Assist with market research and competitoranalysis.
  • Communicate product updates andinitiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
AdditionalResponsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operationalsupport to various departments across the organization.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Prepare presentations andreports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and bestpractices.
  • Identify and implement processimprovements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:Bachelors/Master s degree inBusiness Administration Finance Marketing or a related field.
Midseniorlevel experience (15 years) in a business partner or similarrole.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal andorganizational skills.
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Provenexperience with budgeting and financial modelling.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices andexperience partnering with HRBPs is preferred.
  • Experience in social media marketing andcontent creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity withproduct management principles and experience collaborating withproduct teams is a plus.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
